How to read the factors

The seven factors are graded on an ordinal five-point scale. The CSVs carry both the label (e.g. high) and a numeric _score column:

1 = very-low, 2 = low, 3 = moderate, 4 = high, 5 = very-high

hangover_index is a 1 to 10 weighted composite of those factors plus typical serving strength. Full grading rules: spiritfacts.com/about. Each factor is defined in the glossary.

Released under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0). Free to use, including commercially. The only condition is attribution: credit Spirit Facts with a link back to spiritfacts.com.
