Self-hosted forge
Your code and your images,
in one place you control.
Git over HTTPS and SSH, a Docker registry, Git LFS, organizations and public profiles. Code privacy and image privacy are set separately, so a private repo can ship a public image.
$ curl -fsSL this-site/install.sh | sh $ ig login $ ig repo create api --private $ git push origin main $ docker push this-site/you/api:1.0 $ ig image visibility you/api public
Git, the real thing
Smart HTTP and a built-in SSH server. Push, clone, fetch with any git client. Files over the size limit go to Git LFS.
Container registry
OCI distribution API. Pulls stream straight from object storage, so big images cost the server nothing.
Separate privacy
Every repo and every image is public or private on its own. Link an image to its repo, or don't.
Organizations
Shared namespaces with owners and members, plus per-repo collaborators for everyone else.
Profiles
A public page per person with a contribution heatmap built from commits on default branches.
One CLI
ig handles login, repos, images, SSH keys and the git and docker credential helpers.
