How to read the factors

The seven factors are graded on an ordinal five-point scale. The CSVs carry both the label (e.g. high) and a numeric _score column:

1 = very-low, 2 = low, 3 = moderate, 4 = high, 5 = very-high

hangover_index is a 1 to 10 weighted composite of those factors plus typical serving strength. Full grading rules: https://spiritfacts.com/about
